Yoga Hatha yoga is the science of using breath and movement to keep the body healthy. Yoga can improve focus and fitness. Each yoga class will include proper breathing techniques, focus on movement with breath, flowing asanas that encourage the building of strength, flexibility, grace and relaxation. No special equipment is needed, however a mat designed for yoga is helpful. (Class is limited to 20 students!)
Zumba Class- "Fitness Party"!! (MORE CLASSES) Want a Fun and Exciting way to workout? Zumba infuses musical rhythms and tantalizing moves in routines. These feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. By adding some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix, you've got Zumba. Come join the "Fitness Party" and have a Blast!
Pilates Class The pilates method of exercise places intense concentration on the abdominal muscles, particularly the deepest layers of your abdomen. In addition to firming your abdomen, pilates also helps strengthen and stretch the entire body from head to toe creating long, lean toned muscles. In this class, we will be focusing on the total body: the abs and back, the upper body, plus the lower body.
